Default What is a good Eprib?

Does anyone know what is a good inexpensive Eprib for the Florida area?

I readed that the McMurdo and ACR Epribs failed when tested in the Keys.

I also read that the ones that don't hook up to to your GPS can take 30 to 45 minutes for the coast guard to get a position on you.
