Boat Storage On Blocks
I have noticed that some used boats for sale are set on blocks. Two at the transom and one at the bow.
Can this type of storage cause any type of damage to the hull?

Re: Boat Storage On Blocks
Only if done incorrectly. however, over long periods of time anything can cause damage, esp a roller type trailer. Bunk storage in my opinion is the best.
If your looking to purchase a boat, have it surveyed and if it's good it's good, doesn't matter if it's stored on the ground in a field or a cutom built cradle. Straight, dry and stiff is straight, dry and stiff.
