Default Smoking Outboards

When I start my ProMax 300's they smoke alot - more than any outboard I have ever owned. They are oil injected 1999's. Once they warm up they smoke less but still more than I think normal. Is this normal for these motors or should I be looking at the oil injection system?

Thanks, TJ

you can check the oil pump setting I personally like to run the bigger motors alittle rich on the oil to be on the safe side !!!
