Improve quench with head gasket?

Re: Improve quench with head gasket?
It's an experiment. I had no choice with the pistons, I wanted to see the difference between cylinder heads. Now I'm curious about the lack of quench, does it help, hurt, or even matter.

I could. With out the quench area the Combustion chamber will run hotter than one with. It will require a less volatile fuel (Higher octane).

GPM, why don't you start your own thread on this. There are some great engine builders and tech people on this site that could answer your question.

Gpm, did you talk to Brodix about possible piston designs? I see on their web site that the head was designed for high compression pro stock style drag racing, but someone else must be using them with superchargers.

I did talk to Brodix before I bought the heads. The pistons are custom Wiseco, I've been running them for 2 seasons now, the motor makes very good power. I don't want to take over the thread, I was just curious if anyone tried something similar.
