Help with Bravo Gimibal removal
Well its been a fun wekend I had to make a few tools but I have the gimbal completely loose upper pin is out (that was a *****) lower pimn is out shift cable is out
Only thing holding gimbal on is water hose I see that it goes through transom and enters back of gimbal but no hose clamps on either end how does this hose come off ?

thanks my clymer maual did not have that
by looking at it I was assuming it was sometning like that do to looking at the insert it has 4 indentations in it will make a special socket att work tommorrow Need to get that lathe and mill for the house to be able to make these tools at home

yes I have found the biggest mistake is not sizing the job up properly before starting it of if a local merc guy has one I will pick it up
also need to have the Merc manuals they are prob a little better then the clymer which did not have this disassembly procedure in it.need to finish getting them off tommorow to send out for rebuild
drives are already at my merc guy for going through
only have about a month for splashing so got to start to hurry

35 hp a side would not help that much but the xrs sure would be nice
