Default Energized fuel injection

I had some upgrade work done by Tim Baer at Energized fuel injection several years ago, (Excellent work) and would like to contact him again. He had a shop in Omro, Wi. near Oshkosh. The old number I have doesn't work. Anyone know if he is still active and if so, where? Thanks
