none, relies on distributor for advance. Be sure and put di-eletric grease in all the connectors, see my post above

I also had a problem every year or two blowing boxes untill i put a msd rfi noise filter in the system it stopes sugers that trash the box. havent had a problem in the past four years.

Well, add me to the list, got to the ramp yesterday, and the Talon wouldn't start, no spark at the spark plug, and nothing coming our to of the coil when I'm cranking the ignition. I think it's the coil....

i can tell you that coil does not like marine use.i used to use that coil before i switched to daytona sensors system and i had a couple of them fail.

The daytona system is very nice. It is the old crane system with some additional features. Blows MSD out of the water.

If I just need to replace my coil, can I buy the Daytona coil to run with my MSD dist. ready to run system?

I have the MSD 6 blue box and MSD billet marine distributor in my boat over 6 years...never had an issue

You will. Only a matter of when and how far from the dock you are.
