Call Mr. Gadgets "Dick's Performance Marine" (616) 403-1006 or (616) 335-8446. He's in west Michigan and blue prints/assembles Bravo One drives for several guys on here---they ship them to him from all over and he does a great job.

We all know that Bravos suck, but breaking a freshly rebuild drive in 10 hours without abusing it menas that it was not asssemble right. Stock HP 500 power shouldnt break it that quickly.

In order to put a drive together, there are many measurments that need to be taken and adjusted. If done correctly, the drive will last with your power. There are also a few tricks that the better drive builders ( Mr Gadgets ) does when assembling a drive. He helped me along with my first drive rebuild this winter. In fact, today was my first run with the fresh drive, so far, no problems.
Thanks Dick

Sounds like upper gear set or shaft.
