Could be backing up through the air vents beside the swim platform.

My circulating water pump was bad last year. At idle, no symptoms, at WOT, water would come out of the weep hole on the bottom, like when a car water pump goes out. Only found the problem when i was checking the timing on the motor. No overheating or other symptoms.

That could be your culprit.

I just had to change the seal on the top of the gimbal ring where the pin connects the ring to the housing...I hear it's very common.

Take some strawberry jello and dust the bilge area when its dry down there.....go for a ride and see if it will show you where the general area the leak is coming from. Theres soo many places water can come from....
Ive seen the raw water pumps with hairline cracks in them that dont show up till the boats on plane then the combination of the engine RPM and water PSI from the outside lets water seep in.....or on my old scarab the bottom water pickup wasnt sealed properly and it leaked into the hull.....but not past the fitting on the inside of the boat!!...NO It found its way THROUGH the hull and was leaking by a support stringer that had a small crack in the corner!!! Drove me crazy
