I've always had superb service from George. He usually picks up the phone anytime you call. If my experience is any indicator whatever he is telling you is likely true. Did you speak with George or someone else??

Cant think of A time ted gave bad advice so I would try to get ahold of George as he stated...

just wondering why you would order a common kit like that by mail order when you can go to your local west marine and buy it off the shelf close to the same price after shipping ???

alot of times Ill buy from west marine (port supply) just because a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush ( two in the bush is fun ) (trust me)

WOW, are you sure were talking about boatfix.com??? You cant get around there voice mail and the only place to leave a v-mail is the general box. I have been jacking around with making up a passwors and user name then messing around e-mailing back and forth bla bla bla bla............ all this for 50 bucks worth of stuff. I have bought stuff from just about everyone in the marine business and there the worse!!!!

I've placed many orders with them, never a problem.
Is your part(s) out of stock or being shipped direcly from a manufacturer?

I've ordered a few things and their service was fine. In fact I just ordered a filter last night and got the UPS tracking info earlier today.
