Yea the hatch is pretty thick... buy 2"? It is making contact on the air-cleaner (I can reduce the size but I am afraid to choke it out... and the top of the exhaust elbows..

you can go with a larger diameter Flame arrestor and get the same Volume ... one of the Oval billet ones ? On the elbows ...pain in the arse but maybe relieve 1" in the cover and raise the whole cover 1" ? you might have to make a spacer .. all the way around ? or maybe take advantage for more air into the Engine Room ...then you got more noise though .....m

Ok if I get a shorter flame arrestor I think it will clear.... but the exhaust elbows still need an 1".... how much room do I need for cooling? I know they are water jacketed but can they be right next to the lid?
