I would think a plane would be better than a chopper in many situations. If the chopper gets low near the boat for a good chop, you'll have a lot of wind and spray kicking up, and that could screw up the picture.

I've been told that the speed range for some Ultralights is 20 to +80 mph. That should do it, unless you out run him.

You wouldnt have that effect at speed, only when there are hovering
