Default Photo shoot

My wife got me a photo shoot of my boat for fathers day. I called the guy to set times ext and he is telling me he uses a plane not a chopper? Has anyone had a plane take photos of your boat running? I have never heard of that, but the guys tells me he has done it before on cig style boats

So do I tell the guy sorry and get the $$ back and find a guy with a chopper or do I risk it?

I would amke sure he's not shoot thru the glass, how slow is the plane or how fast is the boat. I was told on a few runs try to stay around 75 for better shots . but boat looks better at 100 aired out

I cant go 100!!
He did say he shoots through a open window, and the plane can go as slow as 35 MPH.

So do I risk it?

And when you asked to see those shots to see if that's what you had in mind, what did he say?

why not, most aerial photography is done from small planes.

I would think a plane would be better than a chopper in many situations. If the chopper gets low near the boat for a good chop, you'll have a lot of wind and spray kicking up, and that could screw up the picture.
