Default steering trouble ?

Hi everyone. I bought a 1997 38 powerqwest for a good price in January, boat engines and drives checked out good with survey. Never water tested. First time out bought ran great but wants to pull to port on plane. If you let go of the steering wheel she will start turning to port fairly fast.Whats up? stock 502 mags b-1 drives power steering internal,tie-bar,240 hrs. thanks for any help.

Also make sure that the zinc skegs above and behind the props are straight (parallel with the centerline of the hull).
