Default Tab & Trim Cable Replacement ?

I have a 02 - 382 Fastech and want to change the tab & trim cables. I have thought about tackling this on my own are there any how to manuals for this? What would I expect to pay for this to be done at a shop?

Ok, Does anyone know the length of the cables that will be needed. I would like to have them on hand as opposed to pulling out the old to measure for the size.

Thanks

I replaced them on my 31 not that long ago. If you inspect the length of the cable you will find some numbers printed on the sides somewhere. (mine were red cables with white numbers) Formula tech support can also tell you what length cables you need. If you can take them out I'm willing to bet you can figure out how to put the new ones back in........

Cable number is near the ends and will have the length in inches. Get a coupler from the hardware store that fits the end, then screw the cables together into the coupler and use the old cable to pull the new one through. For your shifts and throttles use Teleflex TFXtremes-you'll be glad you did-they are smooth as a baby's butt.
