is this a direct replacement for a gen VI, carburated engine? Will electronics work or is there more to it than that? THANKS!!!!!

Looks like there is no ECU and no mention of harness or sensors. This could get very costly and technically difficult to get the parts together. If you got a complete take out with all the electronics and brackets it would be an easy swap.

I am now considering options, I am thinking the motors I bought were something he built in house, and now that he has one it would be a bear to try and match to. I am hoping this is something your offer today will help me determine.
I looked in classifieds but you never know if you are buying someone else's problems or not, after this event I am rather skittish....
I really want to get this boat done, and done well, turn key, good (not necessarily great) performance, and then move on. Seems like such an elusive goal......
