born, I just read the entire thread on SW. I hear these horror stories all the time. It is hard for me to believe that some of us work very hard to turn out a quality product and there are scum bags like this that give our industry a black eye and leave a bad taste in peoples mouths.
I'm sure it will all come together for you. Laz will get it done. I can't add any thing that hasn't been brought up before. Good Luck and hang in there. It will happen.

Post your troubles in the General Discussion. More members here than SW and it will have an additional impact on the people in question. Hopefully between the two boards, it'll will prevent future issues.
