Default Need a Whipple recipe

I need a Whipple recipe for my 454 mags (385 hp versions). I have purchased a pair of side mount Whipps & I'd like to know what I can do to get the most performance out of them.
I am going to be removing the engines & give them the usual minor stuff, bearings, better head gaskets...all that crap. While they are on the ground I was thinking about changing some internals, but don't want to go overboard nor get to radical. I was thinking about upgrading the cam, but I'm lost on what to go for. Hell I really don't even know how much HP I'd have if I left them alone internally with the superchargers.
Someone who knows, please guide me.
