I would also call BJ Marine near Osage Beach. Ask for Doug. He has done a great job installing the Rtech system on a 500EFI equipped Profile Cat. The lower boost at low RPM of a centrifugal blower is more forgiving to your drive.

Does any one know if the whipple kit adresses the fuel issues better than procharger? If I decide on a procharger I'm not that far from Lenexa, Ks where they are based. I would probably tow it up there & have them set it up.
This could be a whole other thread but whats the opinion on full hydraulic or external hydraulic steering with that kind of power?
Yes, we don't take the approach of Procharger, we supply a complete system, including the fuel system. We always recalibrate the ECM or send a new one depending on the application. We also supply the proper fuel injectors, pumps, regulators, filters, fittings, etc. that are required. Because your engine is a 98, you have a MEFI1 ECM. I have yet to recalibrate that system to work with the supercharger because it cannot recognize boost. Mark @ Precision Marine has done this. Otherwise we offer a MEFI4 ECM that comes pre-programmed for your application. This will require re-pinning your EFI harness for the new computer.

Thank you,
Dustin
