Default Shrader valve size?

I need to hook up a mechanical guage to the fuel rail on my 500 EFI for verification of actual fuel preassure inregards to the electric sending unit and guage on the dash reading from my boost referenced bypass regulator for initial set up and tuning after the supercharger install and need to know the best way to do this.... I am thinking pull the shrader valve and install a 1/ 8 male pipe thread to 1/4 female pipe thread adapter in place of the shrader valve and then hook the mechanical guage to this for testing purposes and then just cap it when done...is this correct or it there a fitting that will screw on to the shrader valve fitting aowing me to hook a peassure guage to it instead of replacing it?

Little help here?
