Default Exhuast Leak

I have a 500HP EFI the exhaust has the corsa option. On the corsa it appears a small crease has appeared maybe from a tool from the previous owner, I am not sure. In that crease a small drip of water is getting through, looks to be the size of a pin hole. How can I fix this small hole. Is welding an option?

Thanks,

Mike
