Arizona speed pcm tune. (Fuel injected guys)
Hey guys just wondering how much hp is picked up after having a pcm tune. Is the gains similar to a car that has been custom tuned(25-40hp) or what. Picked up a late model 350 mpi with a Arizona tune, wanted to know where at in the hp department I was..

There really isn't much gain to be had in the MEFI 3 computers. The older 1 and 2 were a little sloppy and some fine tuning made a significant difference in some applications. Merc got it together with the 3 and turned out a pretty well tuned piece. About the only benefit to be had is to raise the rev limiter and spin it harder. Eddie
