Default what is this in the reservoir? Milkshake?

this boat is for sale (34 Avanti) before I go to a lot of trouble seeing it, I noticed in the pictures; this milkshake? 170 hrs 2004 500 hp. Any info on Avantis would be appreciated.

I think its possibly just the plastic is foggy from the heat created by the mounting location.

This is not a Bayliner Avanti..........These are semi custom offshores that the military has been known to use.
