fuel pump/sea water pump bracket and pulley
is there
a nicer bracket/tension pulley available?

yes there is . look up J and M Tooling and Machining. guys name is jack Mc Kay. its a nice billet piece.

your from long island i see. i grew up in rego park ,queens. i am down here in mcqueeney, tx now. small lake community. thanks for your help, dave

I don't know. I'll give them a call though. They don't say anything about billet on their site...doesn't mean they can't do it I guess
