My twin turboed setup was loud and you could hear the turbos spool up. Injected the water at the exuast outlet. Its alot quiter now.

I wonder, would it be feasible to couple a generator to the turbo shaft.

The design would include ; supercharging/ONE vane turbo impeller, small block or big block ,close cooling the turbo case(s) coupled generator and a stepper motor coupled to the crankshaft.

The hybrid turbo would be located in or out of the bilge relative to tail pipe location.
