Boat Broker fees?

Thanks,
I started listing my boat last fall. Had it here on OSO and a few of the other sites. Since it is winter time here in Ohio and the boat is winterized and covered I figured I would wait till closer to spring to re-list it here on OSO. I left the listing on boat trader because it is a run till sold.
I have had calls from Florida, California,Carolinas, among others but tough to really do anything with the weather here.
I have it priced below book values and what others are asking for similar boats.
Trying to decide if a broker would benifit me. I am just not real comfortable not having the boat at my residence under my control.

I'm thinking if this center console was sitting in Florida instead of Ohio my chances would be better because there just are not many of these around Ohio.
