Default manifold selection

hey guys,i wanted to get some opinions on the eddie marine thunder series,i want to know what the difference is between the 510 and the 512 risers, besides the stainless steel vs aluminuim, and the cost difference, would the 512 have a better chance of fighting reversion?i called eddie marine and of course they want you to buy the more expensive ones,i would say the water enters the riser about the same place on both style of risers?the cost difference is about $600 by the time i get them???????????????????thanks

It's the same, as far as reversion goes. Both system's are good quality, I seem to sell more 512's than 510's. 302-521-0123 Bill

Neither one will be good for fighting reversion. The risers are too short. The 512's might be just a little better as the riser looks just slightly taller and longer.

Do you need the short risers for silent choice??? If not go with a full length riser. Also check out Revolutiion Marine.

this is a baja sport 226,i am aware that they come from the center of the manifold, what i am saying is that i have no room to go straight back with long tail pipes,i used to have s pipes to exit through the transom below the swim platform, but i customized it so my tips are up out of the water now and s pipes will be turned to the sides out of the riser,to the tips.
