I'm assuming you're talking about a 29 Outlaw.
Remove the seat back.
It's attached with 1/4" bolts thru the seat base.
Once all the bolts are out, the seat back will come out,
it requires a little prying and twisting, but it will come
out.
After the seat back is out, it's really not that big of
a deal to do.
