this is called the shotgun approach and why you shouldn't be doing this work yourself if you don't know what you are doing. both suggestions were essentially correct and the first place to LOOK ... note the word LOOK... that means take the sensors out and test them. don't just throw new ones in. get the book that tells you how to check the sensors. it is quick and easy to do .
now that you have gone this far and you are saying that the sensors are new and the codes and symptoms remain, that smacks of a bad ecu harness ground.
all the sensors operate on a 5v reference signal. if the ground is bad, all the sensors tell the ecu that the voltage is low which , to the ecu, means that the water is cold or who knows what else.
fixing injection problems is an absolute piece of cake IF you are willing to do it methodically and properly. if you just throw parts at it hoping to luck into a solution you are in for a long and expensive exercise.
SOMETIMES by following the factory diagnostic procedures you find out it isn't an injection problem at all.
the trick is not guessing.

454 mpi.
first check fuel pressure at schrader valve mounted to the side of fuel press regulator. should be around 32-35 psi if i remember right.hook up gauge before starting engine.if pressure is within range while engine is running remove vacume line from regulator and psi should go up about 3-5 psi. if pressure is not right regulator is probally bad. cp performance sells a kit to make your existing regulator adjustable put one on my 502 worked great. good luck. if psi is high your regulator is BAD
