Rpm's are dropping. Please help.

For some reason my rpm's drop when i get around 3000rpms. If I dont back off the gas it will continue to drop. Sounds like a fuel issue (hopefully) but I'm not sure. Does this sound like the carb or the fuel pump? Any trouble shooting advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

sounds like a fuel pump issue, what set up are you running.
