Didn't think of this before, but try Brendan Power. He is an engine builder here in Florida, and builds a lot of F1 race motors (Terry Rinker's in particular) so I'm sure he can get stuff shipped overseas. A friend of mine buys all of his Performance Blend from him, so I know he can get it.
