well... yes. i suppose. and if you are running that sort of boost at that sort of over fuel rate to cause the issue then i guess running uncured concrete for oil might be helpful in some fashion, but it seems to me that with the exception of the most extreme cases and those would be where you are forced to dump the oil after every pass, that running 70 wt in any modern motor makes no sense at all. and if you are putting that much fuel in the oil then you are changing the pistons , rings and most other parts as often as you are changing the oil anyway.
the drag alone would cost 80 hp never mind the pumping losses . not to mention that the relief valve would be wide open until the oil got to 240 and when cold you would need a billit oil filter.
but as everyone knows. if a little is good, more is better , and too much is just enough.
