Default 500 efi oil temps

i know alot of you guys run these motors ,just wondering what your average oil temps are ? mine are 2002 500 efi ,port motor runs 155-160 , starboard 185-190, just bought the boat a couple months ago , thats how they were when i got it , talked to several different people ,got alot of different answers, called mercury said it was normal, called again talked to a different person said the starboard motor was to hot ,back flushed the cooling lines, took off the oil cooler nothing blocked, put a new oil thermostat in ,still the same, motors run great, less than 80 hrs, should i worry ?

Are those oil temps or water temps?????????????

Water should be 160-175 on the guage.

Oil temps should vary between 180 and about 260 depending on how hard you are running and for how long.

oil temps , water temp is 150 both motors, oil temps are the same no matter how hard i run them, they both go up to 185 ,then the port motor drops back down to 155 and stays there until i bring it back down to idle, then it goes back up to 185.
my concern was the starboard motor , it goes up and never comes back down until it cools ,oil pressure is 53-54 running hard ,25 at idle on the starboard motor, the port motor stays at 58-59 wide open or at idle.
my last boat had nothing but problems , so im just making sure everything is the way it is suppose to be

Thats difference normal on the oil temp. Mine is off some also. that is probally a combo of the sensor units and oil teromastats being off a little. The pressure issues dont seem consistant after warming up. Usually it drops pressure after warming up. All you are saying is OK for engine requirements. Keep your tabs on it and see if changes much more

Those oil temps must be getting taken after the oil has run through the cooler. The oil temps are fine.
