Default Water Separator/Fuel Filter

I'm looking for a reference # to replace these discontinued Fram filters. Fram PCS5062M. These are 6" in length. I've already checked w/ NAPA, Teague @ Eddie Marine and everybody crosses this to filters that are anywhere from 7.25" to 8" in length. As you can see, any longer than 6" I'm hitting the stringer and I really don't want to have to get into relocating the whole assembly. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Racor makes it, depending on your stud thread, you have to get it with the metal bowl though..

Try the guys at boatfix. www.boatfix.com.

They had quite a supply of them on shelf earlier this year.

My might not need to change it; just drain out any water and keep going. Aren't you are looking for water separation vs. filtration?

That's not good. I'm back on the hunt for a replacement as I just received an e-mail from boatfix that the item is discontinued. Thought I was catching a break finding some old stock. The web site let me order 6 of them, now we'll see what happens to my CC.
