Default remote oil filter removeal

Hello,
I would like to remove the remote oil filter and install the filter to the block on a gen6 502 . Relocate the cooler and run new lines . Does anyone know which hole on the block is the return and supply , and do I need two bypasss that are in the block under the oil housing or only one and which one do I remove. Thanks Alec
