Im Doing THE Service On My 502 This Year And ANY Recomendations Of What I Should Do Exactly WOULD BE APPRECIATED. It Has About 250 Hours On It And I Just Replced The Engine Coupler In August Thanks In Advance

Nothing,,,, keep up on oil changes, plugs cap and rotor.
500 HP needs valve springs at 250 hours.
No way you should have eaten a coupler at 250 hours either.

I Appreciate The Help, Would You Do Fuel Filters As Well, I Am Going To Do The Water Pump And Impeller Jest Because I Spen Alot Of Time On The River And Sand Is Impossible To Avoid, I Lost The Coupler At Catalina Oncei Arrived In Avalon It Stripped All The Way Out We Think It Was Because I Got The Boat Out Of The Water But Everyone Said That The Collar On The Drive Should Of Gone First?

Plugs, cap, rotor, impeller kit with housing(not just the impeller). Fuel filter about every 100hrs. Grease gimbal bearing and coupler. Drive service-- change lube(every 50hrs) and pull drive to check alignment(every 100hrs).

Riser gasket replacement is a good idea as well. I would also remove the serp belt and have it matched up an auto parts store. Either keep a spare or replace and keep an old one for a spare.
