Lunati 54867lun cam ?
I have a genvi 502 with afr 325cc heads I was looking at that cam the specs are 230in 240ex at .050 .554in .575 ex at 114 lobe sep. I can get this cam from a friend for $100.00 it is out of his 502 bike . Any thoughts?

There is a little more to it than just swaping the cam. You will need springs to match, maybe new lifters, maybe pushrods. I am not engine builder but I just converted my Gen V to a Roller. My cam has a lot more lift and less duration. I know you are looking for a cheap upgrade but I used RMbuilder to design a custom cam. Prepare to spend some money if you go this route. I replaced the cam, lifters, springs, pushrods, timing chain and cover. He gave good advice on matching components. Good Luck!!
