Default Intake/ thermostat sandwich plate?

Anybody remember the guy who was making the sandwich plates to go between your intake and thermostat housing so you could use a thermostat if your intake was corroded or not machined for a thermostat? Or does Summit or Jegs carry one? I can't seem to find it.
