Default Stock Gas tank Vs ATL Fuel Cell, Ballast tank Vs. Blatter

Currently Building a 26' Velocity into a p5 racer and I've stripped the stringers and floor out of the boat. As I'm designing how I want to lay out the floor back, I'm trying to decided If I want to use my Stock 80 gallon Aluminum Fuel Tank or switch to a ATL Fuel cell. The Stock tank doesn't look bad but I have heard of people having problems with the added stress and beating on A stock tank out in the Ocean. I know a aftermarket tank with baffles wouldn't be a bad way to go. Any Advice would be appreciated....

Second question, I'd like to add a Ballast tank or Bladder to my boat to help get the nose down some and not have to drag the tabs as much in rougher seas. Boat is super light for a 26' hull what size and type of ballast system should I run and where should it exactly be placed. I seen a system set up with a water pick with a electric solenoid valve to allow water to enter and a electric pump to pump the sea water out. Seemed easy enough, Any advice would be great. thanks
