did you drill out the idle air hole in the throttle plate,,,a little bigger????

Make sure you have the butterfly closed all the way or just mostly before you make the hole bigger. I had some minor IAC issues before finding out why things weren't dialed in with regards to idle rpm and the ability for it to catch the engine..

You'll notice an issue when the IAC seems to do the opposite of what's expected of it in terms of duty cycle and from low to high..

I have no idea....I had a shop perform the work...is this supposed to be done??
If so what is the benefit??

The only reason you make the hole bigger is if the engine idles to low and all other things are correctly set...

ie - tps, idle set screw, etc...

YEA,,looks like it was a bad ecm,,,swapped it out with the other ecm,,,and it strightened right out what are you doing to that cig in your drive????

get a fuel pressure gage on it,,,should be 48-50 psi,,,engine running with hose off pressure regulator,,,3/8in wrench and an allen wrench,to adjust
