Default What should my Voltage gauge read at WOT

My voltage gauge drops from 14v to around 12v as I increase in speed from 2Krpm to 5Krpm.

Is this normal? I doubled check the Voltage with my Fluke and it does drop to 12V at WOT

Not normal at all. It should maintain the 14 volts.
