Default stainless braided hose???

just wondering where the best place is to buy 1" or 3/4" stainless braided hose/line? this is just for the front non high pressure x-over kit and exhaust to the gils. so just the generic anidized ends/clamps will be fine.

thanks for your help.
john

ps i am out of town at the moment and not near my boat. can't remember off hand what the majority size is that i need. either the 3/4" or 1". i know i'll need a piece of 1 1/4" as well. just looking to dress it up a bit.

thanks for your help.

If its just for the cooling hoses and purely cosmetic, why not just get some bulk sleeving and slide it over your existing hoses?

Personally I've moved away from the stainless braided, tired of it ripping the hair out of my legs and arms while working on the engine. I really like the new nylon braided stuff, looks great, high strength and w/o the hassle of stainless. Although nylon or stainless steel braided hose seems like overkill for cooling hoses but to each his own.

I use 16an for intake to the crossover and 12an from the thermostat housing to manafolds.

Did all applicable hoses with stainless braided lines. What a difference it makes!
