Default 454 mag MPI revlimiter

I'm newbie on performance boat, and I would like to know where is (RPM band) the revlimiter on 454 mag Mpi? and what happens when we got that?

Thanks for your input.

On thr fuel injected motors, it pulls fuel back as a way of limiting the rpm. As a result the engine is running leaner. If you run lean for too long you will burn up pistons. I found out the hard way.

Keep it off the limiter !!!!!

Get a bigger prop and stay under the limiter. It's there for a reason.
