Default valve cover vents on a 502 EFI Gen V

Where do the valve cover vents connect on a 502 Efi gen V
The vents connect together with a hose from the 2 valve covers.
But where does that connect after,
There is nothing on the intake plenum
Do i need a PVC valve, or a breather?
there is a lot of fumes and oil coming out of there

Some one told me that is should connect to the throttle body
but the only fitting there is the one for the hose from mechanical fuel pump

thank you

flame arrestor on my 502 efi is silver mesh, and its empty inside, there is no fitting anywhere,
on one of the Merc parts website, i found a pic of this

does that go inside the silver mesh flame arrestor , or is used
instead of the silver mesh flame arrestor.
so is that where the Valve cover vent hose connect to?

thank you

like everyone stated, its on the bottom of the flame arrestor..its a half moon tab that is riveted on the bottom and the hose slides over it exposing the upped half..

That IS the Merc Flame arrestor. You may have an aftermarket one that doesn't have the fitting.
