quadrajet tune for high altitude

Have two fresh 383's in a 28 Bertram that now runs on lake Tahoe. Stock Quadrajets were set up for sea level operation. I have read that I should first start with the primary's. Stock for MIE 260 .069 jet, .036 rod and DL's in the back. Tahoe is 6228MSL. Any tuning advice?
