Default Best brand of starters?

I need to replace the starters on my motors. Since these are pretty important parts to have I want to make sure I get a good one. I want one with all metal gears and heavy duty. They are standard 330 454 motors. Anyone have any preferences out there?

I have always used Tilton. Never a problem or failure.

On stock engines, he units you are fine. My suggestion is to just have your current starters rebuilt.

CVR is the consensus as the best, but as already stated it would be overkill on stock 330's.

I plan onpulling these motors and doing mods on them winter 2010, but I have a starter out and I figure I might as well replace them with something decent.
