Default Re-powering a 39' Scarab

Hello all,

I will be re-powering my 39' 1989 Scarab with 3 verados 300's, the boat originally had inboards, I got a great deal on the 300's and I'm commited to using them. Can someone give me some advice on hight of the motors or any other info that will ease the process?
