4.3 Volvo Electric Fuel Pump
I have a 19' Glastron that we use on a local inland lake. It started acting funny at idle a few weeks ago. Run, Stall, Run, Stall. I changed plugs which looked ok but a little dark and new fuel filter.
Last week we went out and it ran ok on the way out but started running poorly again. This time I checked the electric fuel pump to see if it was working. I disconnected the wiring harness to jump the pump with direct 12 volt sorce and no buzz or fuel movement. I'm taking this as the sign that the pump is shot.
Any other suggestions. As Iam not farmiliar with this system.

VP get the voltage from either the starter solendiod when cranking or alternator when running. If you bypassed it all and gave pump +12V then the pump is done. They do fail, not unheard of.
