The one thing that most people don't know about gen5/6
big blocks is that when working with the factory parts, the
balance( which flexplate/dampner) depends on the crankshaft!
if it's cast, it takes different parts than if it's a steel crank!
don't ask me how I know!(but feel free to check into it)

Call RMbuilder and have him set you up with a true marine performance cam and valvetrain. Well worth the money, I gained 5 MPH when I switched over from a performance flat tappet cam. Are those Hbeam rods? If they are you would not need to clearance the block if you get a stroker crank. You would need offset pistons. I use 42lb injectors for my 489CI 500HP engine. Its better to go with bigger injectors and not run them so hard. I have a Holley MPI kit and I tune with wideband O2. I just noticed you run 62lb of fuel pressure, I run 44lb of fuel pressure. It is a little easier on your injectors to run less pressure and a bigger injector. What exhaust are you running?
