Twin or single ram full Hyd steering?
I have a 272 Baja with a 800hp blown 502. I want to add full hyd steering but am unsure if I need a dual ram set up. Is a single ram fully hyd steering system OK and safe for
80+. Thanks for the help.

Absolutely dual ram, full hydraulic steering. Do not do any less than that. Give me a call if I can help with pricing. I am a dealer for just about any system out there. Thanks

Why twin ram
OK you guys post a lot and seem to know your stuff. Please explain why twin ram is necessary. I am running a Baja Hammer with a 540 with 610 HP at 85. I have single ram full hydraulic helm steering. I am running steady and flat without chine walk, but I do have to drive it. What do I gain with another ram and can it be added to my system or do I have to buy another complete system. I have Imco steering. Appreciate any insite.

Well the boat has not run much in last 3 years, so it was not a problem, but with the new engine going in it will be. Yes I currenly only have a cable system.
